Meet the executive Chef
Chef Tlholo, holds a vast amount of intercontinental knowledge and experience. He interned at the Kings Camp and the Saxon Boutique Hotel. He went on to win accolades at the Salon Culinair in 2005 for his pastry production. He has worked in St Andrews in Scotland then returned to South Africa. Today he is the executive Chef at the Kerzner.
